Click here to Order Tools. Tool pickups and returns are by appointment only. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. We ask that you try to place your order at least 48 hours in advance of your desired pickup time. Please note that your appointment is not scheduled until a staff person confirms. Pay Fees online. Fees are due upon return of borrowed items and may be paid by credit card or check (made payable to Portland Community ToolBank). We do not accept cash. If you have a balance due on your account, you will not be able to borrow tools again until the balance is paid. When paying fees online, please include your agency’s name in the ‘Agency Name/Special Instructions’ box.
Schedule Tool Return
Contact Zoya Kumar, Executive Director, at 503-810-8466 or firstname.lastname@example.org, to schedule your return appointment if you didn’t arrange for your tool return during your pickup. Just like pickup appointments, your return appointment isn’t scheduled until a staff person confirms, and we ask that you try to give us at least 48 hours notice.
